Im using vs2005 professional...upgraded from 2003 professional

I have a vb.net2005 app that has a series of reports. I am using  a Setup Project deployment method.  The report fail. Have the merge modules changed? I added the modules to the app and noticed they are dated 2003. Thats lot to be a issue.

Any help would be appreciated

I have distributed this package multiple times and no key was never requested.

For the size of the package, you would have to ask Business Objects!
