Simple question about datagrids - populating 2 datagrids on a window

I am having a problem populating 2 datagrids on the same window.   I am trying to display data in two datagrids that have the same column mapping names but come from different datasets.   I am getting the same results in both datagrids.  For some reason, when I bind the second datagrid (dgb) it also replaces contents of first datagrid (dgEquipment).  Is this because both datasets have the same table mapping names (tblEquipmentInventory)?  is there any way around this?

expression = "A";
this.ds = this.bizObj.FilterByScenario(this.dsCustomer, this.lbscenario.Text.ToString(), nchCustomerID.ToString(), expression);
this.dgEquipment.SetDataBinding(this.ds, "tblEquipmentInventory");

this.dsFilter = this.bizObj.FilterByScenario(this.dsCustomer, this.lbscenario.Text.ToString(), nchCustomerID.ToString(), expression);
 this.dgb.SetDataBinding(this.dsFilter, "tblEquipmentInventory");

No, it doesn't work that way. So there mus tbe some other error. You haven't provided enough information to see the problem. For example, it looks like both of the statements above refer to this.dsCustomer. That's one dataset, not two.
