Duplicate Public Folders in Outlook

We have Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003

One person gets duplicate public folders when looking for email addresses from New Message, To:...
Another person gets DIFFERENT duplicate public folders when doing the same thing.

One of the duplicate sets is in the Exchange System Manager...but there is no option to delete it.

We had a replicated Exchange server crash on us, which probably caused the problem.

How to fix?

If you can see the folder in Exchange System Manager then remove all replicas and it will disappear on its won through the cleanup process that Exchange does on its own.
