windows messenger and exchange server

we have a single active directory domain and one exchange server I would like to set up users to use windows messenger to communicate, I also want them to use windows netmeeting.

How do I configure this?

to get windows messaging on the server level, you need Lice Communications server:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/FX010908711033.aspx

for netmeeting, start here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/netmeeting/

that should get you going.
