I have a monitor session setup as below

monitor session 1 source interface Fa2/3
monitor session 1 destination interface Fa3/23

but i only want to capture data from one vlan on this interface port. (It has voice vlan and data assigned )

How can i do this please?

Try adding the following to your SPAN config to only specify the VLAN you want.

monitor session 1 filter vlan <number>
