Mailbox Rights not assigned

When I create a new user and select to have the exchange mailbow automatically created it will create the user and the menus tabs will show up for the exchange settings but the only entry in the mailbox rights is SELF. The mailbox never appers in exchange.

the user either needs to log into outlook first or you need to send the user a test email for the mailbox to show up

I am unable to login to the account as the account does not exist in exchange. I think this is caused by the mailbox rights not being assigned correctly. As I stated before the only entry in the Mailbox Rights is SELF.

For some reason the RUS was not updating correctly. I removed the RUS for the domainand recreadted it. After doing this everything showed up as it is supposed to. Consider this one closed. Thanks
