web.config problem

I had a 3rd party tool in my application.  I then deleted that tool..  Ever since then, every time I try to compile my appliation I get an error...

Message      1      Could not find schema information for the element 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/.NetConfiguration/v2.0:configuration'.      \\chasadcontrolle\users\jeff\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\WebSites\calendarnet\web.config      10      2      \\chasadcontrolle\users\...\calendarnet\

I get a bunch of other web.config errors....  anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Here is my full web.config file...

from this tag

<configuration xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/.NetConfiguration/v2.0">

remove xmlns part, so it'll look like this

<configuration>

YZlatCommented:
also make sure your application defaults to version 2.0 of the Framework and not to 1.1

awesome YZlat, intellisense broke in one of my apps a few months back, i thought it was the atlas stuff I added to it as it screws up intellisense in the code behind if I use an update panel, removing the schemes.micro... fixed it.
