Somehow, this program is embedded in Outlook (as far as I can tell).  I've no idea how the user ended up with it, but I need to get rid of it.  How does one go about doing so?

I will try from Outlook.  There was no entry in "Add/Remove Programs" (the first place I would always look)  :-)

Nexcard is installed with Word Perfect 9.  Did you install Word Perfect?  Uninstall it and all its components.  Then install Word Perfect without Nexcard.

Really?  Actually, we updated and added Word Perfect 12.  He's been running version 9 for years and I recently decided he needed the update...  So it must be 12 that's got it.  Hmm.

Uninstalled Word Perfect 12 and that didn't work.  I don't understand the connection, however, since it's Outlook that keeps bringing up the setup.

I ended up just allowing the program to point to whatever file it wanted and the problem stopped.  I never could uninstall.
