Need help in changing the Admin password of windows server 2003 Web Edition

Need help in changing the Admin password of windows server 2003 Web Edition.  That simple, however the normal way in creating a new user and then changing the password, I am unable to do because there is no user selection.  How do I solve this?

Are you able to login to the server at all?  Or have you forgotten the admin password and can't get in?
Can't really tell from your question.

If you are logged in as the local admin, press cntl+alt+del and click Change password.

Type old password and new password twice.  Done.  :)
