Greetings, kacor !

Outlook.pst file is normally located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder. It is a hidden file. Go to any folder and select Tools > Folders Options > View. Check "Show hidden files and folders". Click OK.

Best wishes!

Free recovery tool for Microsoft Active Directory

Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Active Directory provides fast and reliable object-level recovery for Active Directory from a single-pass, agentless backup or storage snapshot — without the need to restore an entire virtual machine or use third-party tools.

kacor,

You need to move the file to a computer that has Outlook.  Then import the file into Outlook. Only Outlook can read the PST file.

Now I know the problem as follows:
I installed some software and Outlook Express and only thereafter the MS Office 2003. Installling Outlook I got the question would you like to upgrade your Outlook Express or similar. I choosed Yes therefore the data structure changed I mean. And the upgraded OE don't know the old structure.
This file contains such important infos which are stored only here. I have to uninstall OE then reinstall and only in this phase can I read the data. Life is hard.

thanks for your important help!
