Now I know the problem as follows:<br />
I installed some software and Outlook Express and only thereafter the MS Office 2003. Installling Outlook I got the question would you like to upgrade your Outlook Express or similar. I choosed Yes therefore the data structure changed I mean. And the upgraded OE don't know the old structure.<br />
This file contains such important infos which are stored only here. I have to uninstall OE then reinstall and only in this phase can I read the data. Life is hard.<br />

Now I know the problem as follows:
