Trying to Import Contacts, I get Choose an action to perform with no choices?

I am trying to import a .csv file. When I go to Contacts, then select File Import/Export, the wizard comes up with no choices under "Choose an action to perform". I just checked the installation and made sure that all translators were installed, in fact everything is set to "Run from COmputer".

Can someone tell me what might be going on?

Greetings, hinsonjr !

Put the cursor somewhere else, like Outlook Today. Then go to File > Import and Export.  Then you should be able to import the CSV file to Contacts list.

I tried that, it didn't help. The form still comes up but no options are available to choose. Under the Description field it says only "Static".

Are you able to import anything with Outlook?  If not, your import function may be corrupt. Reinstall Outlook.

I used the CD re-install and it worked fine, didn't have to enter a KEY. Thanks for your help.
