This is an offshoot of question http://www.experts-exchange.com/Applications/MS_Office/Outlook/Q_22037987.html

In some Outlook profiles I can tick the box "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" in the properties of my Contacts folder, but in others it is greyed out.  Why?  And how can I make it available for those profiles where it is grey.

You have to add the OUtlook address book service - at least in Outlook 2K - should be something similar in others.
