You either have to create the user using ADUC on the Exchange server, or install the Exchange System Tools on to your domain controller. The former is the best option as you shouldn't install more than you need on to your domain controller.

what is ADUC is it active directory user and computer,i already have users in Active directory and when i go to Exchange active directory users and computer it brings all the list of the users which i have already created but when i right click on the user and say Exhange task and create a mail box it says its created but when i go in to mail boxes it doesnt show that over their

my domain is MATCHES but email address should be @matches.co.uk before when i use to create users it automatically create user mail boxes with matches.co.uk in the mail boxes folder

how can i achive the same?

Mailboxes aren't created until they are required. That is normal behaviour. Send the account an email message and it will be created.

Your second question has no relation to the original, so should be asked separately.
