Moving MSCDE Database to MSSQL Database

Greetings,

Our IT consultant tells me (on the phone before he left for Timbuktu)  that I misconfigured our Sharepoint database as a MSCDE database on C: drive when I installed our MS Small Business Server software.

C: is our OS partition and is filling up pretty fast.  I want to move the db to MSSQL on D:

MSSQL is up and running.

How do I do it?

I don't know diddley about database connectivity...

Thanks for your assistance,

/RO/
