I would like to create an account with minimum permission on a Windows 2003 Domain Controller, not being able to install programs or change services, but yet being able to login on the server and create accounts and add them to Domain Users group, or reset their passwords.<br />

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server.
