Take Dell motherboard out

ok i know this should be easy to take out a motherboard i have done it many times but with this dell optplex gx150 i cant get it out it is driving me NUTS

There are only 2 screws and i took them out but this motherboard will not come out... i know dell does some odd things so i might just be missing somthing

Heres a link to the teardown guide for that system http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/opgx150/sm_en/smdsktp.htm#rem_sysbrd, you have to remove the motherboard with the tray attached then you can remove the motherboard from the tray.

on some you have to remove the remove the peice that holds the heatsink on to remove the motherboard

just got it out .... what was going on is there was a small tab on the side i had to pull on 2


i hate dells :)
