runnung windows xp an now both of my cd/dvd drives are gone. i have a toshiba satellite laptop.<br />
in device manager exclamation points next to both drives<br />
matshita ujda760 dvd/cdrw::::Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)<br />
