How to recover the administrator password

Dear all,

I have 1 windows 2000 server, we configures this server few years before, there was no problem with the server it is running smooth. Now i want o configure 1 new website in the server, i missed the admin passwd so iam not able to login.

I know there was some tool using which we can remove the passwd or we can know the passd.

can anyome pls help in this regard, this is very urgent.

try to log in with blank password, if it didn't work, so you have to use third pary tools to reset the password

Free Windows password-cracking tools are usually Linux boot disks that have NT file system (NTFS) drivers and software that will read the registry and rewrite the password hashes for any account including the Administrators. This process requires physical access to the console and an available floppy drive but it works like a charm! I've done it myself several times with no glitch or problem whatsoever.
Here are 5 of these free tools:

-Windows Password recovery - Can retrieve forgotten admin and users' passwords in minutes. Safest possible option, does not write anything to hard drive
