Hello everybody!

Actually I'm purchasing the source code of a private CMS done in PHP / MySQL.
Thing is the company asks me for for a list with my requirements for the source code delivery and I'm not sure of what them should be apart from the source code itself and a workflow.

Any good advise in what the requirements should be?
Thanks!!

First things that come to mind:

- Source code should not be encrypted or obfuscated
- Source code should be properly commented and coded
- Example configuration files and templates should be included.
- Installation manual should be present.
