BCM error - We have an error coming up that says the SQL database has been tampered with.

The user did an Windows update for Microsoft Outlook that included an update to the Business Contact Manager.  He didn't like something the update did, so he did a system restore to a previous point.  Now the computer comes up with an error that the SQL Server database has been tampered with.  I tried reinstalling Outlook and then reinstalling BCM but it can't find the path to the installation program - BusinessContactManager-Fullfile-ENU.MSP.

Where do I go next to resolve this?  Outlook updated but the SQL problem hasn't resolved?

I can't even find the SQL database at this point.  How do I find it?  It wasn't in add/remove programs.
It will be located in Program Files\SQL Server\bin\...
Thanks
