Ringtone WebPage

Hello Experts,

I'm building a website that has 30-sec MP3 files (for ringtones). I would like users to be able to select the MP3 ringtone from my server... mywebsite.com/ringtones... and receive the http:// address on a mobile phone (through a text message).

(1) User selects song and enters mobile phone#
(2) Text message would be sent to phone# with the location of song (http://mywebsite.com/ringtones/song.MP3).

How do I send the selected MP3 ringtone to mobile phone as text message?

I don't know anything about the SMS protocol myself, but a quick Google searched turned up a variety of pages claiming to have code that will send SMS's in PHP.  For example:

http://www.nowsms.com/framer.htm?http://www.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/1113.html

I haven't tried it, but there seem to be some pretty good resources out there.
