Hi,
I am not sure I fully understand what you want to do. Do you want to run something once only after a user has logged in for the first time after an install? If so, then you can set a registry key for this at:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

For example:
In inno setup file:

Root: HKLM; Subkey: "SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce"; ValueType: string; ValueName: "MyExtraSetup"; ValueData: "C:\Program Files\MyApp\MyExtraSetup.bat"; Flags: uninsdeletevalue;

Your installer would install an extra script or executable and you point to this in the RunOnce string value...

Regds,
Nick
