Schema to c# class

I have a xml schema. what i need to do is create a class based on that schema?. If i am write it is called marshalling in c#?.

Please provide the required information if possible sample code.

Microsoft has a tool with VS 2005

xsd.exe in VS2005folder\SDK\v2.0\bin
