Crack Password Without Losing Configurations

Hi ..... i have a cisco router ....which i am using for the internet connectivity ....
and i have a subnetted network .... unfortunately i have forgotten the password ... and i just can not add a route and cant get into the router ...

as it is my internet router ... i dont want to lose my connectivity ...and also want to restore my password ... i have important configurations onto the router which i dont want to get ereased while i m in a process of breaking the password ...

so please tell me some way so that whithout losing my runn-cong and start-conf ... i can get in to the router .........
