My Mac does not have an admin account

I went into my mac acocunt today and saw that the account that was created as the admin account is now a standard user, how it got that way I do not know but I need to get it back.. Is there anyway that this can be done?

by the way - this is OSX Panther.

You will have to log in to an admin account to change it.
