Audit of Server (folder permissions and Services)

All.

I have a  a pig of a job. i need ot audit 40 windows 2003 servers for Local Admin accounts and the permissions assigned to folders. i also need to know what services are running and which services have local admin permissions.

any help with a freebe tool.
