I just installed Blackberry Express server for Microsoft Exchange (version 4.1.1.2) and I have 2 users setup and running.  The users are working fine aside from not being able to synchronize their calendars.

I keep getting the following event warning in my Application log:

Source: Blackberry Dispatcher

[BIPPe] Authentication failed for S84139348:C3,IPPP: Authentication Failed (1)

I have no idea what this means, can anyone help?

Remove the secure password entry in the registry.

Warning: Document and back up the existing registry entries prior to implementing any changes.

Delete the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Dispatcher\BippePassword

Restart the BlackBerry Dispatcher.
