Sharing Users Home Folders and Listing in Exchange Public Folders

Hello,

I would like to share users' hoe folders and list them under Exchange Public Folder. I want users to be able to go into these folders create new folders/files. Drag and drop emails in relavent folders etc..

How can I accomplish this???

a users home folder and pubic folders on exchange are two TOTALLY different things.  If you would like users to share information in public folders, just create a public folder and set the approprate permissions, thats it. If i misunderstood your question please explain it further.

Home folders are on a file server
public folders are on an exchange email server.
