"You do not have permissions to view this page"

I'm getting this error when I add an Issue on the Project's PWA site.  I'll submit the addition and that alert prompt will come up and I hit OK, but somehow it adds the issue to the db.  I'm not quite sure why I am getting this message, can anyone help?

Thanks,
MS

We will need more information about this problem.

Can you exactly describe all the steps, and alert messages.

1) May i guess that you are adding issues on Project Workspace  page /projectserver/issues/IssueShell.asp display in iframe Lists/Issues/NewForm.aspx )
2) Do you have permissions add new items to the List Issues (check WSS permissions )
2) When you crearte new project is there the same problem.
3) did you modified the project template or workspace?
4) Did you synchronized administrators accounts ? PWA -> Admin->Manage Windows SharePoint Services->Synchronize administrator accounts

hi,

For the user (or group) receiving this access restriction notice, have you checked the permissions. Make sure that appropriate permissions are granted to the users.

ASKER

I tried out three things:

A) If I go to PWA, and click on Issues link on the top bar and then:

1) Click on a project I created, and then New Issue

Input the title and the issue, and hit Save and Close, no error message there.

2) Click on a project I didn't create, and then New Issue

I can create the new issue, and hit Save and Close, no error message there.

However, when I try to delete that issue on the project I didn't create, it brings up a Web User and password Dialog, and says Access Denied on my credentials.

B) If I go to EPM Sharepont Site

3) Click Issues on the left side

Click New Issue

Input a Title and Discussion for the Issue and hit Save and Close

something that looks like a Javascript alert pops up and says "You do not have permissions to view this page."

I hit OK button on that alert, and it takes me back to the active.aspx which shows all the issues and the one I just created is on there.
I need onto 3... After the issue is added to the Sharepoint Site.. I go to delete it and it gives me another alert that says:
'sWeburl' is null or not an object
An error occurred in updating the Project Server database with the uploaded document.  Log on again, and link this document to a task in your Tasks page.

But then when I hit OK, it deletes it.
