Hi,

No. iText intent is to allow developers to extend the capabilities of their web server (and other JAVA) applications with dynamic PDF document generation.
iText also creates HTML and RTF documents.
It has no HTML parser, like a browser, to extract tags (font, color, font size, layout, tables, etc) and export them to PDF.
