Exchange Extension Error

When I try to create a new group in Exchange 2003 I get an error that pops up.

The Operation Failed
ID no: 80004005
Microsoft Active Directory - Exchange Extension Error

I need to make a new group to so our HR people don't have to give out thier company e-mails.

have you tried installing the exchange management tools on another server and then trying to create the user

Does it have to be on a server or can it be Windows XP Pro?

if it is XP then you will also need the windows admin pak installed
