I am about to setup a Site-to-Site VPN.  There will be 20 users at this Branch location.  The plan is to setup another domain controller/file server and place it at this branch location.  If I want to utilize DFS to replicate the branch office data from there to our main headquarters to backup, should I invest in 2003 R2 Enterprise or will 2003 R2 Standard work?  There will be approximately 40gb of data at this remote location.  What should the OS requirement for the server I plan to replicate to be?

DFS is the same in both editions as far as i know, standard will be fine. Make sure they are both R2 servers as its the only OS in which DFS actually works!
