I have created an email address for a client of mine but they are complaining that they cant reply on this email address. They can receive emails fine.
They have set up the address in a new account in their outlook. When they try to reply to emails in that account they get this error:

orange is the isp, what could be causing this? have they just set up the account wrong in outlook?
