Cannot Launch Lotus Notes

We access Lotus Notes through Citrix and it works fine from my laptop but when I use my desktop and after I login click on the Lotus Notes icon, instead of opening the email it asks me if I want to save a file called launch.ica. I click save but after that I don't know what to do because I cannot open it with anything. Any ideas?

Do you have the Citrix client installed on your desktop?

Yes, I have the Citrix Web Client installed. Could it be Norton Internet Security that doesn't like it? Out of 3 computers, it only fails on one of them, I have McAfee and Trend Micro on the other two that works. Just a thought!
Can you temporarily disable Norton then try to launch Notes via Web Interface to see if you can connect?  Usually, there's a problem with the Citrix client if you're experiencing the launch.ica pop-up message.  Which browser are you using?  Also, do you know which version of the Citrix web client you're using?
