I keep getting this error,Error configuring message service (MSPST MS) (UNKNOWN ERROR)  (CMapiSession::CreateEMSPSTProfile), when trying to export some old users with ExMerge.  Here are the steps I have taken already:

Logged onto the Exchange server with the exmerge account I created (was able to successfully exmerge prior to today)
Made sure the accounts were enabled and able to see in the Global Address List
Verified that I am able to open the mailbox
Also, since I was able to successfully exmerge, the exmerge account I created has the correct permissions for Send As and Receive As

Any other thoughts on what could have changed, or what is missing?

Thank you in advance

How large are the mailboxes that you are trying to export? Exmerge is still subject to the 2gb limit.

The one is only 78MB, but the other is 2.99GB.  I completely forgot about the 2GB limit, thank you for reminding me.

But that doesn't explain the 79MB mailbox?

Where are you trying to create the PST file? The message appears to be something wrong the creation process.

I created a new directory on the export location, but neglected to give the exmerge account full control of that directory.  It only had the default read access.  I can't believe I overlooked that!!!

It is working fine after giving the exmerge account full control of the new directory.

Thank you very much for your help, it is much appreciate!
