configure my private ip adress

i cannot ping my static address from the outside.    i have pointed my domain name to my static ip adress and i get no reply.  i know this ip adress is valid and works.   what do i have to set up in my rules so i am allowed to see that ip adress from the wan?

create firewall access to allow ping as the service from wan to lan
