Extract or view any information associated with a screen (view)

Is there a way (other than the F1, click on the wrench icon) method of extracting information from a SAP view screen (e.g. trans code 0vtd)? I would appreciate any other way, outside of ABAP programming.

Go to the menu option System --> Status
This will give you the Transaction name, program name, screen number, system time etc ...
