wsus not syncing please help

Check your server configuration
One or more Update Service components could not be contacted. Check your server status and ensure that the Windows Server Update Service is running. Non-running services: CatalogSyncAgent, ContentSyncAgent, WSUSService

i told it to stop syncing a week ago i came back on site, and it is still saying stopping syncing. Is there a restart for wsus?

this is something that is an issue with WSUS that i hope is fixed with the next release, you need to restart the selfupdate tree service, (i think thats what its called) other than that, there are a few supposed fixes on the net but none worked for me

sus or WSUS be clear which your dealing with here.....there is a service there for your self update
