Check your server configuration
One or more Update Service components could not be contacted. Check your server status and ensure that the Windows Server Update Service is running. Non-running services: CatalogSyncAgent, ContentSyncAgent, WSUSService

this is something that is an issue with WSUS that i hope is fixed with the next release, you need to restart the selfupdate tree service, (i think thats what its called) other than that, there are a few supposed fixes on the net but none worked for me
