Regardless of toggle setting, lost ability to see HTML Source Inspector in Dreamweaver 3

Regardless of toggle setting, I've lost the ability to see the HTML Source Inspector in Dreamweaver 3.  The Experts Exchange solution of changing the screen resolution is not applicable in my case, as I did not change the resolution.  Other suggestions? (asap)

Press F10.

Or you can find the code inspector under the menu 'Windows'.
