Hi hmcnasty,

No, Dual Core or HyperThreading is the exception to the processor limit rule.

Of course, you will still get warnings when running diagnostics, but it will work

Hope that helps,

No worries,

Here is a little confirmation for you if you like from Microsoft -> http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/sbs/evaluation/topmyths.mspx

You can use multi-core processors. Windows SBS can use servers with up to two physical processor dies; you can use processors with dual-core or processor hyperthreading to maximize your investment in the underlying “engine.”
