Need a site search utility like the one shown below

I want to find a site search utility like the search utility at the link below.

http://webnet77.com/bible-search.html

The web site above will let me download files and add files to my web site. However, I also need a search utility.

The search utility at the link above works only on the site above which is their right to do. I have my own web site and I can add all the files to my site to be searched but I do not have a search utility. Does anyone know how I can add a search utility identical to the one shown on the link above? (without infringing on copyright)

You'll need php or asp. Is it included in your webhost?
