Anyone know of free software that checks for the DPI of an image? If not, does anyone know if Photoshop Elements has that ability?

Thanks.

Hi, meechp123,

http://www.irfanview.com/

A very nice free utility good for lots of image needs including DPI.

http://www.gimp.org/

The "free version of PS" (well, that's what people compare it to).

Elements should have it, too, as I believe, last time I used it, the command to size images in Elements looked just about like the one in PS.

Regards,
Slynky
