Greetings, Yolanda-Obenour !

There is no option to disable the autohide feature of IE7 when you go to full screen with F11 key. It is a new security feature of IE7 to give you almost no option to edit the menu bar.  There is a registry hack to move the menu bar to the top as in IE6. That is all the changes that you can make.

Best wishes!
