Changing Server IP Failed

I used the change server IP address as well as the "connect to the internet" wizard in SBS2003 to change the IP address and change the way a customer's server connects to the internet (they will now have a direct connection to the cable provider and a true static WAN address).

The Change IP address tool says it fails, but does set the correct address.

The connect to the internet wizard fails alltogether, and we cannot get it to connect to the internet.

Any thoughts on how I can get this thing to connect directly to the internet so I can use the SBS firewall and have this machine as the gateway?

Can you please post a current IPCONFIG /ALL from the server (along with any notes about what may not be correct with it)?

Thanks.

I figured it out. It turns out there was a missing config.dat file.
