Recommendation of Windows Audit company

My california based client wants an independent audit of their website.  It is a commercial website used by the general travel public.

The auditing would include all aspects of the site, including security, page loading, Sql database issues, etc.  They have a commercial website that is windows based (non linux).

Has anyone had any first hand experience with an auditing company that they can recommend?  

Also if there are other parts of Experts Exchange where I should (also) post this request, please let me know.

Counterpane is the cream of the crop http://www.counterpane.com/consulting-offerings.html My banking institution uses them
We contracted Ethosprime for one of our audits in Cali, they were efficient and I'm sure priced better than Counterpane... they did a good job, they are based out of LA I believe, don't hold me to that http://www.ethosprime.com/security.shtm  I've recommended them several times since to others.

Thanks richcrumble.  Any other suggestions from anyone.  If I get multiple companies I will split the points.

I notice that both companies center on security.  Did you also find that they look into the overall performance of the site -- speed, good efficient code?

Ethos is very flexible, and I'm sure Counterpane is also, I'm sure either can look at those factors, but it's probably better to make contact and ask.
