Backup Exec Tape Slots

I have a Dell Tape Loader which has 8 slots for LDLT tapes of 400/800 size.  My full backup will run on one of the tapes.  

I want to specify a certain slot to submit my backup to so that I can use more than just the first slot everytime a job starts.  IE: use one slot for incrementals, others for weekly

Cant figure out how to do this.  Help is appreciated.

Right-Click on the loader in Devices and click on Configure Partitions...

Here you can carve it all up as you see fit...

Now... in each job change it to use the specific partition.
