I created a new domain named "simpleoffice.ae" for my office network. Our company website address is "www.simpleoffice.ae". First i saw the users in the network are not able to access the website and mails. Then i add in each users PC "c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts"  entries as follows

69.93.18.75 www.simpleoffice.ae
69.93.18.75 simpleoffice.ae
69.56.156.29 mail.simpleoffice.ae
69.56.156.29 smtp.simpleoffice.ae
69.56.156.29 pop.simpleoffice.ae

after that users can browse simpleoffice.ae and they are able to receive the mails. But when they are sending the emails to outside the mails not delivered. can you help me to sort out this problem.?

A fairly common problem. Here is a link to essentially the same question. Just create a new A record in DNS for www.simpleoffice.ae and set the static IP address. Although, you will see that renaming your lan simpleoffice.ae to something else is the absolute best way to fix the problem. You can set another static A record which will solve the problem temporarily....until you web host changes the IP to your webstie.
