Logon to Domain

I join my Computer to Domain but when try to logon to domain i see this message(The local policy of this sytem does not permit you to logon interactively).

The policy that needs to be changed, is
Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment\Log on Locally
