Are there any other programs I can use other then performance monitor on win2003 to see who is on my website and what files they are accessing? I would like to watch it in real time.

What you are looking for is prob a log analyzer. There must be a "load" arround on the web, just look for "log analyzer for win2k3 + IIS"
