You do this probably with the administrator account do you?<br />
Try to do this as a normal user which you gave access to the mailbox in the way you described.<br />
I think it will work that way because Admins have standard a deny for users mailboxes.<br />

i started again from 0. I delete all the permission entries at active directory at the exchange server.<br />

I login with the user account I want to share userA, I give full control access to userB, and then I login with userB and add the mailbox. Now I can see the mailbox but I cant see any folder on it. The only way to see only the inbox is, at the userA outlook give userB delegate permission at tools - options - delegates.

I only see inbox when I add a second mailbox
